Iman has experiences in payroll outsourcing services for various domestic and multinational companies. Previously he also joined with a consulting firm specialized in Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Iman has obtained a certification for income tax, compensation & benefits rules, including HRIS.

Iman holds a degree from Gunadarma University with Information System as his major.
